(Verified 12/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Single Line Photo Phone, model 2909, is a memory telephone and amplifier telephone designed for use by individuals who are hard of hearing and have fine motor or cognitive disabilities. This phone has nine photo buttons above a 12-button number keypad. The photo buttons can be preprogrammed with telephone numbers. Incoming voices are amplified from 0 to 20 + decibels (dB), and the telephone is compatible with a hearing aid T-coil. Automatic tone enhancement clarifies hard to distinguish words. Other features include extra-large buttons with large numbers on the numeric keypad, and a flashing red light to signal incoming calls.
