--- DISCONTINUED. RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Freedom 415 is a portable telecommunications device (TDD). Up to 32 names, phone numbers, and notes may be programmed into the TDD's telephone directory. Short phrases, emergency numbers, and other information may also be stored and accessed. Freedom 415 can also store about ten typewritten pages' worth of message transmission and receiver response; the TDD may also be connected to a printer to provide printouts. Freedom 415 may be used with public phones; a feature allows a call to be originated and charged to the users' credit card by touching three keys. A Call Progress Monitor indicates a dial tone, call ring, busy signal, or voice reception. DIMENSIONS: 8 x 4 x 1.88 inches. WEIGHT: 2 pounds.
