Telephone Skills Cassettes is a telephone skils training system designed to simulate job skills using the telephone in business for individuals with a developmental disability. It introduces basic telphone uses that may be encountered in an entry-level job. Six different work sample cassettes include: Taking Messages, Making Appointments, Fast Food Orders, Restaurant Orders, Business Orders, and Consumer Orders. A complete kit includes a Teacher's Guide with Answer Key, Instructional Objective Pad, 6 Student Direction Cards, 6 Work Sample Cassettes and reproducible masters for all order forms and price lists.
