(Verified 1/2004) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Access Pack Switch Click Sampler is a mouse emulator and control switch training program package designed for use by children with upper extremity disabilities. This package includes the Switch Click by Tash (see separate entry) and a single disk with "Frog & Fly: Feed the Frog," Switch Arcade: Balloons," Scan & Match: Insects," and "Switch Puzzle: Painted Faces." These programs are single-switch programs focussing on developing the motor skills necessary for controlling single switches. The activities range from cause and effect through linear sequential scanning. COMPATIBILITY: Versions are available for use with Macintosh or IBM and compatible computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Macintosh computers require model LC II or higher, System 7.0 or higher, a color monitor, eight megabytes (MB) of RAM and a sound card. IBM and compatible computers require a serial port or a PS/2 connector, a 486 or faster processor, Windows 95 or 98, a minimum of eight MB RAM, a color monitor, and a sound card.
Notes: The software is also available without the Switch Click.
