(Verified 4/2000) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Visual Keyboard 2.0 is an on screen keyboard program designed to allow the user to enter text in Windows applications for individuals who are blind or have low vision. This software allows the user to use any pointing device (mouse, track ball, head pointer, etc.) in point/click or dwell mode, or a switch to enter text in a scanning mode. Productivity is increased by features including word prediction that learns, automatic capitalization, and an optimal keyboard layout that reduces the distance the cursor must travel while typing. Keyboard layouts can be created and modified easily using a graphical interface. The Visual keyboard automatically launches and resizes the desired Windows applications. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows 3.0, 3.1 or 3.11; 386 microprocessor or better; 2 Mb RAM recommended.
