Cymouse is a head operated video game controller designed for use by individuals with severe physical or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. This control unit allows the user to reassign key functions to slight head motions. It is a five-axis game controller that can be manipulated with the user's head. The unit does not replace the mouse, but can be used as a supplement, giving the user more control over the game. It uses infrared light and math to determine the user's head position. The unit comes with profiling software for configuration. Example profiles are included. The unit does not interfere with other game controllers attached to the system.
