Articulation Station Pro is a speech training program and a language tutorial program designed for use by children or adults who have communication or speech disabilities or autism and by speech and language therapists and parents working with these people. The application (or app) includes 22 target sounds in the initial, medial and final positions of words, sentences and stories. The majority of sounds (p, b, m, d,n, t, k, g, f, v, ch, j, z, sh, th) have 60 target words each, and some sounds (l, r, s) are also targeted in blends and have even more target words. All together Articulation Station Pro has over 1,000 target words. This app offers six activities to teach and reinforce the correct pronunciation of each sound: Flashcards with high quality images; a Matching Game; Rotating Sentences in which up to three target words can be placed in a designated position in a sentence; Unique Sentences provides a new sentence for every target word with an average of three targets per sentence for increased practice; Level 1 Stories are short stories for each sound position with pictures prompts, multiple target words and comprehension questions; Level 2 Stories are longer stories for each sound position with multiple target words and comprehension questions. There are 93 Level 1 Stories and 58 Level 2 Stories. Articulation Station Pro features in-depth scoring and data tracking for each user and allows up to 6 users for a single sessions. It also has the ability to shuffle multiple sounds, and it has a voice recording and playback feature for monitoring responses. COMPATIBILITY: For use with the Apple iPad.
