--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 06/2006) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- KeyREP is a word prediction and abbreviation expansion program designed to work with keyboard and any application running under Windows for individuals who have difficulty typing. Predicted words, to complete the letters that are typed in, are displayed within a floating window that follows the insertion cursor. Words are selected and entered into the current application by typing a number key that corresponds to the correct word. This program is based on a frequency-of-use dictionary that matches the user's writing style. The frequency count is updated each time a word is selected. There are a number of options for size and placement of the window available to suit needs. The abbreviation-expansion enables the user to create abbreviations that expand after typing any word seperator. Expansions can consist of words or phrases up to 750 characters long. Up to 80 abbreviation-expansions per set may be created with the capability of building several sets. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM or compatible computers.
