Kit includes items necessary to conduct switch evaluations. Evaluator is a self contained desk top evaluation unit with receptacles for connecting multiple and single switch activators. Front panel indicator lights display actuator operation. Features power switch with indicator light, scan rate adjustment for single switch evaluations, selector switch for single or multiple switch actuators, and power receptacle. Kit also includes joystick, breath actuator, treadle switch, bib kit for mounting switches, breath actuator mouthpieces and operating instructions. Battery operated, can be used on wheelchair.
