------- "DO IT YOURSELF" ENTRY ------- PURPOSE: Mercury switch activates device when it is held upright and turns it off when tilted sideways or down. Can be used to encourage a child to hold head up in order to activate a tape recorder, toy, or light. Switch is contructed of glass mercury switch, small plastic pill bottle with snap lid, earphone with subminiature size plug, 2 small pieces of cardboard, tape, glue, and rosin core solder.
