The Surelock Midline Swingaway System, model 32691, is a lightweight control switch accessory for mounting hardware designed to secure and position wheelchair controls for the user. The entire system is can be mounted to either the right or left vertical bar of a wheelchair with 7/8-inch frame tubing, or it can be mounted on either the back post or armrest of a wheelchair or connected to a multimount chair with a multimount adaptor clamp. An inner extension bar and outer extension tube allow for postioning closer to or farther from the user, and an adaptor bar allows for side-to-side postioning adjustments to be made. Joysticks, chin controls, and other items are generally held at chin or midline level, and each system can be customized to accommodate a variety of horizontal and vertical midline positions. To simplify entering and exiting the chair, the entire unit, including any controls mounted to it, can swing away by simply turning a ratchet lever. COLOR: The entire system is black. WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants these products against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
