« Previous Product Next Product »The Jumbo Shape Fit Switch, model 851 and 851-8, is a puzzle switch and visual motor task switch designed to demonstrate simple shape discrimination for individuals who have physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities. The puzzles introduce basic cognitive concepts, improve fine motor skills and develop order and sequencing skills which are important building blocks for logical thinking and organization. They also teach individuals to distinguish colors, shapes, and sizes. When the puzzle pieces are properly inserted into the switch, they can activate a toy or electronic device. The switch consists of a wooden rectangular base with four different cutouts. When the four colored wooden pieces are fit into the proper slots on the base, the switch will activate any device connected to it. It comes with the standard 0.25 inch jack and plug and can be ordered with a 1/8 inch jack and plug.
