JoyCable is a switch input interface designed for use by individuals who use switches. This device enables the user to play arcade-style games such as Midtown Madness or Motocross Madness with two switches (for example, a pair of head switches). This USB switch box works with most switch software, including Writing with Symbols, Clicker 4, and The Grid from Sensory Software (see entry). When this plug- and-play device is connected to the USB port on a personal computer (PC), it is recognized by Microsoft Windows as a game controller or joystick, without installation of special software. The device can also enable switch operation of the mouse using the included Joystick to Mouse software.
