Used for mounting a head operated actuator to the wheelchair back bar or push handle. The mounting kit consists of two right angle mounting rods joined by a double rod clamp and fitted to a pivot shaft, and a strap clamp for attachment to 7/8 inch diameter wheelchair tubing. Permits the actuator to be moved away from the user by an attendant and returned to its original position without the need to readjust the mounting.
