Picture of TALKING CALCULATOR Talking Calculator is a voice output calculator program designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. This full functioning talking calculator program can be used with or without a screen reader program. Every button and edit area talks. The program has large keys and contrasting colors in the on-screen display. It has three display areas, so when the user adds a series of numbers the total is always displayed, along with newly entered numbers and any numbers in memory. This calculator program also displays the equations at each step in the user's work. This allows students who are required to show their work to cut and paste their work into a document. Other features include the ability to undo all the way back to the beginning and to edit equations. A user manual is available in MS Word or Text format. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: 200 MHz Pentium or faster processor; Windows 2000, XP, or Vista operating system; 25 MB of free disk space; 32 MB of RAM; mouse and keyboard.
