--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 1/94) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Television Channel Selector is a system that allows a TV to be controlled remotely and with a single or dual switch. A portable transmitter unit displays the user's options: CHANNEL UP/DOWN, VOLUME UP/DOWN, MUTE, VU/VC (regular/cable antenna), and QUICK VIEW (return to the last channel selected). The user scans to the right selection, and the transmitter sends that selection to a stationary receiver unit which controls the TV. Television Channel Selector can be operated independently, or through the Control 1 environmental control system ( see entry, Prentke Romich). DIMENSIONS: 6 x 3 x 1.75 inches. WEIGHT: 6 pounds.
