--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 04/2009) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Electric switching device is a power bar that can be operated by puffing on PVC tube. Enables user to operate as many as five appliances. Puffing signal activates sequence of electrical outlets from 1 to 5 position and then returns to zero or start position. Sequence position numbers 1 through 4 are limited to equipment that use less than 1.5 amps, such as talking book record players, letter writing casettes, and radios. Sequence position number 5 is a heavy duty 15 amp circuit, suitable for switching a television on and off. A number 6 position is a 15 amp outlet that is always activated. Also features a circuit breaker for overload protection, a surge protector, a pilot light to indicate start position of sequencer. Unit can be modified for other uses such as call buzzers, air conditioners, door lock releases, electric beds, etc.

Notes: The manufacturer states that visual ability is not required to operate this unit successfully.
