Survival Signs and Words is a safety awareness tutorial and independent living program designed to teach and reinforce basic signs and words critical for independent living for people with cognitive disabilities. It provides simple information that allows the to become more capable of functioning independently in their homes, schools, communities and workplaces. The application contains 60 videos and is narrated with human-quality audio. One instance of Survival Signs and Words can be used on the same device by multiple people and administered by a therapist or care provider in a password-protected administration section. The administrator can make specific assignments for each user based on individual needs. COMPATIBILITY: For use with the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Apple iOS 4.2 or later.
