Picture of TEACHER'S PET (MODELS D-03460-00 & D-03460-ED) Teacher's Pet, models D-03460-00 & D-03460-ED, is a test authoring program designed for use by teachers of children who are blind or have low vision. The program can be used to create and administer audio or large print drills, practice exercises, tests, and quizzes. Tests that can be created may be multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blank, single question/single answer, or simple matching. The author can enter a range of acceptable answers (so that, for example, the student can type in either "4" or "four" as an appropriate answer). Explanatory or instructional material can also be added to the tests. The program is available on CD-ROM (D-03460-00) or through electronic distribution (D-03460-ED). COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM compatible computers. SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS: Windows 98 or 2000 or later operating system; 96 MB RAM; Pentium II or later processor running at least 300 MHz; Internet Explorer 5.5 or later; sound card with speakers; CD-ROM drive; 30 MB hard drive space (add 700 MB for high quality speech).
