Picture of DELUXE PARING BOARD (MODELS 3046 & 3037) The Deluxe Paring Board is a cutting board designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. The board features two stainless steel prongs to hold fruits and vegetables in place while they are being cut. Corner guards at one corner keep sandwiches and other foods in place for cutting. Model 3046 ($21.95) is laminated maple and model 3037 ($20.95) is formica. DIMENSIONS: Model 3046 is 11 x 11 inches and model 3037 is 8 x 10 inches.
