The Rotato Express is an electric vegetable peeler designed for individuals with fine motor or upper extremity disabilities or arthritis. The unit can be used to peel a variety of vegetables. The user centers the food on the unit’s bottom spokes and presses gently, then lowers the upper section so that it grasps the food and holds it securely. With the height adjustable lever, the user raises the cutter arm so it rests on top of the food to be peeled, and presses the button. This unit has two storage compartments, one for two spare blades, and the other for batteries. A thumb knife is stored underneath. POWER: Uses a 6-Volt AC adapter (included), or 4 AA batteries (not included). DIMENSIONS (LxWxH): 6 x 6.375 x 11.25 inches. WEIGHT: 4 pounds.
