Picture of FULL SIDE RAIL COVER (MODEL 5702) The Full Side Rail Cover, model 5702, is a side rail pad designed to prevent injury from bed side rails. These machine-washable covers are lined with synthetic fur and attach over the top of the side rail and under the mattress. The bed rails can be raised or lowered without removing the covers and reinforced holes permit the attachment of restraints.
