The Body Positioner, model A578-1, is designed for use by individuals with spinal, lower extremity, and other physical disabilities. This soft, flexible wedge can be used effectively to shift various body parts into necessary positions. If placed underneath the back, the Body Positioner supports the spine and relieves pressure on the sacrum. Placed underneath the side, the Body Positioner stablizes the trunk. It helps maintain a pelvic tilt in pelvic traction when placed underneath the thighs. At the foot of the bed the Positioner becomes a kick board for lower extremity exercises. DIMENSIONS: 8 x 10 x 28 inches. COLOR: Blue.
