The Adjustable Tilt in Space Chair is a youth positioning chair designed for use by children with mobility or neurological disabilities. The chair adjusts to meet the specific needs of each individual as he/she grows, changes, and develops. It features locking casters; adjustable-height footrests; seat cushion with slight anti-thrust wedge; back pad; adjustable hip and trunk guides; and a seat belt. The chair can be adjusted from fully upright to approximately a 40-degree tilt. The footrest, seat depth and back height are all adjustable for growth. OPTIONS: Low back (LB models) or high back (HB); removable round abductor (up to 19 degrees recline); chest harness; 45-degree shoulder protractors; shoe holders; headrest; adjustable armrests; and tray. SIZES: Model TS13 has a 13-inch minimum back height, model TS15 has a 15-inch minimum back height), and model TS17 17-inch minimum back height. DIMENSIONS: Base (LxW): 24 x 18 inches (model TS13 and TS15) or 25.5 x 20 inches (model TS17). The seat depth is 6 to 12 inches (model TS13); 8 to 14 inches (model TS15); or 10 to 16 inches (model TS17). The seat to footrests distance is 6 to 12 inches (model TS13); 8 to 14 inches (model TS15); or 10 to 16 inches (model TS17). The seat height from the floor is 17 inches (model TS13); 19 inches (model TS15); or 21 inches (model TS17). The width between laterals is 6 to 10 inches (model TS13); 7 to 12 inches (model TS15); 9 to 14 inches (model TS17). The height of the back from the seat is 13 to 16 inches (low back) or 22 to 25 inches (high back) (model TS13); 15 to 18 inches (low back) or 24 to 26 inches (high back) (model TS15); 17 to 20 inches (low back) or 26 to 29 inches (high back) (model TS17).
