The Howdaseat is a posture chair or web seat designed to provide correct support for the back for persons with back and lower extremity disabilities. The multi-purpose, roll-up seat is made of sanded basswood slats covered with stain and water resistant canvas. Cotton webbing straps are attached to the back and seat of the chair with a stapling and wrapping method of closure for extra strength and durability. Designed to firmly support the back, the seat wraps itself around the back and bottom whether one is sitting errect, rocking or reclining on a flat surface. Its compact, light construction makes it suitable for such events such as concerts, fishing, boating and picnics and indoor uses including working at a computer, reading, watching TV and meditating.
