Semi rigid connection bars, which connect occipital and mandible supports, allow flexion, extension and size range adjustments between chin and occiput. Both are controlled by adjustable locking discs. Better fixation is achieved by extending the orthosis down to the thorax with straps connecting the anterior and posterior sections. Adjustable uprights have Allen locking screws which eliminate rotation of the mandible and occipital piece, in relation to thoracic fixation. Adjustable, one size.
