The Sliding Ankle Foot Orthosis/Drop Foot Splint is fabricated in a predorsiflexed position designed to provide superior dorsiflexion assist. These orthoses are anatomically designed to compensate for atrophy and feature a tapered foot from heel to toe to allow wearing in standard shoes. They are made of polypropylene and feature full foot support and a padded strap at the calf. The brace incorporates an articulated posterior support cuff that automatically adjusts throughout normal gait to eliminate rubbing and chafing of the calf. These braces can be modified by removal of material or remolded. The calf section can be removed to allow the posterior section to be trimmed. SIZES: Small (shoe size 3 through 6), medium (shoe size 6 through 9), large (shoe size 9 through 11), and extra large (shoe size 11 through 13). DIMENSIONS: The small and medium braces are 13.75 inches high, the large brace is 14 inches high, and the extra large brace is 15.75 inches high. COLOR: White.
