(Verified 9/1999) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Bunnell Knuckle Bender Splints, nos. 2, 2-A, and 2-B, are active finger splints developed to gradually bend the joints into the desired positions. These dynamic, padded steel frame finger orthoses are designed to exercise the joints and improve all tissues. The Knuckle Bender Splint No. 2 is used to flex the metacarpophalangeal joints; No. 2-A has an outrigger to also extend the distal joints; and No. 2-B has an extra segment to flex the distal joints. SIZES: Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large.
