Picture of LMB ACU-SPRING FINGER EXTENSION ASSIST The LMB Acu-Spring finger Extension Assist is a finger extension and flexion splint designed for use by individuals with joint tightness or flexion contractures. Made with high-quality Wire-Foam construction for a customized fit, this splint is useful for regaining the last few degrees of PIP extension. Tension is adjustable by careful bending and the axis of motion is close to the PIP joint to maintain splint alignment. This splint provides 12 ounces of force with 15 degrees flexion and approximately 6 pounds of force with 90 degrees of flexion. SIZES: Extra-small, small, medium, large, or extra-large.
