The Rolyan Biodynamic Flexion/Extension Component, model A572002) are finger flexion and extension splints designed for use with the Rolyan Gauntlet (see entry). This set is designed for use with a single finger and includes a monofilament that acts like a tendon, providing traction for metacarpal phalangeal (MCP), proximal interphalangeal (PIP), and distal interphalangeal (DIP) composite joint flexion. The set includes finger wraps with monofilament, line guide, tension-adjustable connecting piece, and two tension-adjustment strips.
