The Finger Extension Assist, Type 501, is a wire and foam dynamic finger extension splint designed to lift the PIP joint from the flexed position back to the extended position. This adjustable orthosis is sized by measuring the extended finger from the distal palmar crease to the distal finger crease; see a therapist for correct fitting measurements. SIZES: X-Small (##5389, AA), Small (##5390, A), Medium (##5391, B), Large (##5392, C), and X-Large (##5393, D). DIMENSIONS: From X-Small to X-Large, lengths are 2 to 4 inches, in 1/2-inch increments.
