--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 03/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Humeral Fracture Brace is an adjustable orthosis for individuals with a humeral fracture. It is constructed from lightweight polyethylene. It is adjustable through the use of circumferential elastic straps, to maintain correct contact support as healing proceeds. Attached to the proximal portion of the brace is a shoulder harness which is looped around the chest to keep the brace from slipping downward on the arm.
