The Rolyan Hemi Arm Sling Cuff Adaptor, model A653CA and A65311, is a hemiplegic subluxation support device designed fot use by individuals with arm and shoulder injuries. The cuff adaptor is made to be worn with either the right or left Original Rolyan Hemi Arm Sling or the Rolyan Hemi Arm Sling II. It can be used in cases of edema to position the hand above the heart. The affected hand is placed in the cuff and the thumb strap is attached. The cuff attaches to a D-ring on the unaffected side. It is made of nylon with a polyester foam laminate. Cuff adaptor model A653-CA fits the Original Rolyan Hemi Arm Sling, and model A653-II fits the Rolyan Hemi Arm Sling II.
