Picture of COLLAPSIBLE SHOE HORN (MODEL SW3150) The Collapsible Shoe Horn, model SW3150, is a long-handled sho horn designed for use by individuals with arthritis or other lower extremity disabilities. This device consists of a short, clip-on shoe horn attached to a long string with a ball grip handle. To use, the shoe horn clips to the back of the shoe, the shoe is lowered to the floor with the string, and the shoe horn is used to guide the foot into the shoe. The shoe horn is then loosened and removed by tugging on the string. DIMENSIONS: The string is 25 inches long. WEIGHT: 1.5 ounces.
