Picture of QUIKKUT The Quikkut Rocker Knife is designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities or who have limited wrist movement. This knife has a large handle in the middle so that it can be centrally controlled with only minimal pressure. It also features a sturdy, curved stainless steel blade to ensure that maximum cutting pressure is brought to bear on the food. The kinfe can be used with the right or left hand. A wooden storage block is also included. DIMENSIONS (HxW): The knife is 3.55 x 5.91 inches and 0.118 inches thick. COLOR: The handle is redwood. WEIGHT: 0.615 pounds.
