The Freedom Wand is a toileting aid designed for use by individuals with upper extremity or mobility disabilities. This sanitary, multi-purpose, multi-length portable, toilet tissue aid consists of three pieces: The head, the extension, and the handle. The head is equipped with four retractable fingers to grasp toilet tissue, a square-handled straight razor, a loofah, or ointment applicator. The slide button releases the item being held or releases tissue into the toilet. The unit can be used with or without the extension which increases the overall length of the device to increase reach. An optional extra extension can be added for additional length. The handle is contoured for ease in holding and has a soft secure grip. It also has a loop on the end for hanging. A carrying bag is included. The device disassembles for transport and storage. OPTIONS: Replacement head, replacement handle, additional extension, and an extra carrying bag are available. DIMENSIONS: The standard length is 21 inches with all three pieces; however, it can be used at 9, 14, or 21 inches, or at 25 inches with an extra extension.
