This mitt can be warmed in the microwave for heat therapy; spritzing it with water prior to heating provides moist heat. When cooled in the freezer, the mitt provides cold therapy. This mitt is filled with natural grains and spices to retain heat or cold and provide a soothing scent. Designed by therapists to conform to the musculature and joints, the hand pack holds heat or cold for up to 40 minutes and extends past the wrist on most hands. Sewn seams keep the filling from bunching. DIMENSIONS (WxL): 7.5 x 10 inches. COLOR: Blueberry print or dark green plaid.
