AccuPax Medication Management is a pill organizer service designed for use by individuals with memory or cognitive disabilities and others who who take regularly scheduled medications. This pharmacy service provides home delivery of medications in packaging arranged by the date and time of day they need to be taken. The service can be used in place of a traditional pill organizer where the individual or caregiver separates the pills into a multi-compartment box by time and day. It is designed for individuals taking multiple medications at various times during the day who may want assistance with organizing and tracking their medications. The service can package both prescription and over-the-counter medication as well as vitamins and supplements. Each dose comes in a sealed, clear plastic packet, which is printed with the patient's name, the date and time to take that dose, and a list of medications contained in the packet (drug name, strength, quantity, and a visual description of each pill.) Each packet has a pre-cut slit on one side, making it easy to tear open for those with Arthritis or limited hand mobility. The packets come in a strip ordered by date/time. The strip can be placed in the dispensing box that comes with the shipment, so the user can easily pull out the next dose each time. The user can separate one or several packets, which fit in purse or pocket and can be used for travel. The packets are waterproof and spill-proof. DIMENSIONS The dispenser box is 4.75 x 11 x 3 inches and each clear plastic packet is 2.75 x 3 inches.
