(Verified 01/2011) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Talking Heart Rate Monitor, model AH300, is a voice output heart monitor and pulse meter designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. This monitor delivers personalized workout data via voice prompts through wrap-around headphones. Heart rate readings, workout time, calories burned, heart rate alert, set-up, and instructions are all provided verbally with adjustable sound level. The heart rate target zone can be set automatically or manually. Timer functions include exercise, warm-up, and recovery timer for walk, jog, or run exercise types. POWER: Uses a battery and includes a low battery indicator. DIMENSIONS (HxDxW): 1.5 x 0.5 x 12 inches.
