The Featherlite Reacher, is designed to assist individuals with limited reach or who need assistance in reaching objects without significant bending or stretching. This reacher features a plastic pistol grip and an aluminum shaft. The trigger control mechanism allows the user to control the width of the opening of the gripper claw, allowing the device to grip both small and large objects. The reacher also features a lug on the top for pulling or pushing objects and a magnet in the tip for picking up small metal objects. DIMENSIONS: Model NC28521 (regular) is 27 inches long and model NC28522 (long) is 32 inches long. The claw on both models opens to a maximum width of 2.5 inches. WEIGHT: The regular reacher weighs 7 ounces and the long reacher weighs 8 ounces.
