Picture of EASY UP CAREGIVER LIFTING AID The Easy Up Caregiver Lifting Aid is a transfer aid designed for use with individuals with mobility disabilities or Alzheimer's Disease. This device is a strong, comfortable, wide belt with handles on each end that enable a caregiver to firmly hold on and maintain control while assisting someone with sitting or standing. The belt allows the caregiver to use his/her weight to counterbalance. Reinforced with nylon, the machine-washable belt slips under the arms and around the back of the person being assisted. Loops on both ends are large enough for the caregiver to insert an entire hand and then grasp the belt to pull the individual up. DIMENSIONS: The belt is 40 inches long. COLOR: Blue with black loops and reinforcing.
