« Previous Product Next Product »Tist & Shout Multiplication is an educational toy designed for use by children between the ages of seven and ten years with cognitive or learning disabilities. Designed to teach and quiz the multiplication tables from 0 through 12 using one number set at a time, this self-contained talking tube-shaped unit offers three games and appealing music. Game one requires the child to build an equation, then to press the "activator" button to hear the equation and its solution and see the answer on the liquid crystal display (LCD) screen. Game two uses a multiple choice format to quiz students, requiring them to press the "activator" button when they hear the correct answer. Game three introduces division by asking the user to fill in the missing number in the equation (e.g., what times 6 equals 42?). The unit keeps score and congratulates children on every correct answer and provides the answer when help is needed. This game is equipped with automatic shutoff. POWER: Uses three triple-A batteries (included).
