Large pick made of 1/ 4 to 1/2 inch thick hard felt. Cork is added to the wide end of the pick, or an elastic strap can be riveted to edges for extra traction. Easy to hold with gross lateral grasp or palmar pinch. Can be used by persons with uncontrolled movements such as athetoid, and it allows the vibrations to be felt by the whole hand.
