FRAME-IT is a base for a child car seat designed to serve as a conversion system for custom seating inserts for children with mobility disabilities. The system is fitted with a tether strap, chest restraint belts, crotch belt and buckle, locking knobs and a conversion frame. Special hardware allows the custom seating insert to be converted for multiple uses including stroller bases, wheelchairs, highchairs or floorsitters. This system comes complete with a videotape instruction manual to assist consumers in safe seating practices. CAPACITY: Up to 40 pounds.

Notes: Manufacturer states this product meets or exceeds the requirements of CMVSS213.3 for custom made seating systems.
