The Tumble Forms Carrie Seat, models 4641L, 4641M, 4641S & 4641SA, are positioning seating systems designed for insertion in mobility systems such as strollers, wheelchairs, or in vehicles. They may also be used at home or in school. The seats come with an adjustable footrest, headrest, and tray. Standard features include an anti-thrust seat to stabilize the pelvis; a seat back which articulates 20 degrees to accommodate abnormal trunk tone; an adjustable footrest to maintain hip, knee, and ankle flexion; a height adjustable headrest; extended lateral head supports to keep the head in mid-line and neutral; vertical guides which adjust to the height of the shoulder straps; and a tether-strapping device to secure the seat in a chair or car seat. The molded seats are made of vinyl-coated high density foam. They are stain-and odor-resistant, washable, and impervious to body fluids. The shape of the seats follow the body's contours, providing lateral trunk support and shoulder protraction. The tray adjusts in and out, and tilts. OPTIONS: Carrie Cozee Cover. SIZE: Four models are available: Preschool, model 4641S, for children up to 38 inches tall; Elementary, model 4641M, for children 38 to 48 inches tall; Junior, model 4641L, for children 48 to 58 in hes tall; and Small Adult, model 4641SA, for individuals 58 to 68 inches tall. CAPACITY: The Preschool model accommodates children weighing 20 to 40 pounds. the Elementary model accommodates children weighing 30 to 60 pounds; the Junior model accommodates children weighing 50 to 100 pounds; and the Small Adult seat accommodates individuals weighing 60 to 130 pounds.
