Picture of SLIDE-GUARD WEDGE (SERIES 7513) The Slide-Guard Wedge is a foam or gel and foam seat cushion designed to reduce sliding for wheelchair users. Available in a gel and foam model, a foam model, or in a gel and foam Ultra Cushion model or a foam Ultra Cushion model (see also separate entry), these cushions feature a wedge shape and a pommel and are sealed in incontinence-proof vinyl and feature safety straps to secure the cushion to the chair. The Ultra Cushion models have a firm contoured base to eliminate sling-seat hammocking. The cushions feature a vinyl-backed fabric cover. DIMENSIONS: The gel and foam and the foam Ultra Wedges are 16 x 18 x 4 x 1.5 inches. The gel and foam and foam models are 16 x 18 x 4 x 2 inches. The foam cushion is 16 x 18 x 2 inches.
