Of high-impact Lexan, the tray comes with D-ring hook-and-loop straps that thread through slots drilled in the tray to securely attach tray to armrests. Additional slots accommodate an optional back strap. DIMENSIONS (WxL): 23.75 x 22.25 inches with a cutout area measuring 14.5 wide x 9 inches deep. The straps are two inches wide.
