Head and neck support component for adaptive positioning. 4 3/4 inch range of vertical adjustment, or Multi Adjust mounts with bracket to permit vertical, front to rear, tilt and rotational adjustment. 1/4 inch ABS plastic, with separate removable foam pad. Shape allows posterior support at the occiput and rotational control without ear irritation. Mounts on solid back. Sizes: small, medium, large and extra large.
