Picture of OFFSET MULTI-AXIS HEADREST HARDWARE The Offset Multi-Access Headrest Hardware is a headrest accessory designed for use by individuals with severe physical disabilities and spinal cord injury. This hardware comes with a horizontal bar and ring for attaching a headrest pad. Our headrest hardware also comes with a back clamp which attaches the vertical tube to the back of the chair. COLOR: Black chrome.
