Picture of SINGLE TUBE MOUNTING KIT (MODELS 3601, 3601-01) The Single Tube Mounting Kit is headrest accessory hardware designed to attach a headrest or the occipital ring and its Interface hardware to the back of a wheelchair. The Kit consists of a Single Tube Mounting Plate, a 90-degree Vertical Tube, and two 2-Point Knobs. The Mounting Plate attaches to the back of the wheelchair with four sets of ##10-32 Screws and ##10-32 Nuts. COLOR: Available in stainless steel or black.
